Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pet!) to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized items

• Used pet products (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
